Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of vouchers or goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the vouchers or goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, InterDine GmbH, Heinrich-Heine-Gärten 5, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany, Email: info@sevenpaintings.ca, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or phone call). If you use this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the vouchers or goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the vouchers or goods. You must return or hand over the vouchers or goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If you partially or fully use the sent value voucher codes, you are legally required to compensate for the value of the services used. After a declared withdrawal, you or third parties are no longer entitled to use the voucher code.

If you requested that the services start during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the portion of services already provided up to the point when you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services agreed upon in the contract.
